Founded in 2017 “IT Logix GLOBAL” became “IT Logix AUSTRALIA” in 2024
2017 – Jack Paradisis formed IT Logix Global Pty Ltd and began its journey in India as a dynamic IT and software development company, primarily to develop and service the Australian market.
2018 – Ravi Nagar joined the business and quickly established himself as a leader and was appointed General Manager. Then joining the management team Prabhat and Mukul brought skills and knowledge of the highest quality.
With a strong commitment to innovation and excellence, the company swiftly established itself as a trusted partner in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions. However, the global disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic necessitated a strategic evolution, leading to the creation of a more adaptive and inclusive operational model that catered to the needs of every stakeholder associated with the company.
2020 – IT Logix Global Pty Ltd closed down due to operational constraints
2024 – IT Logix Australia was formed based in Brisbane Qld and supported by Ravi, Prabhat and Mukul based in India with 110 fulltime staff spread over the 3 Indian based companies.
While IT Logix Australia focuses primarily on serving clients in the Australia and New Zealand regions, together, these companies embody a seamless collaboration, with development teams working interchangeably across all entities to meet project demands efficiently and deliver unparalleled results.

Recognised as a leader and an entrepreneur Jack saw an opportunity to introduce IT technologies to stream line the industry.
